A Special Message Regarding COVID-19

To All of Our Valued Customers & Friends,

As our local communities continue to deal with the effects of the Coronavirus, The Mobile Mitsubishi Team's primary focus and concern is the safety and health of our empolyees and customers. We are doing our best to remain open, keep as many of our people employed as possible and continue to serve the needs of our customers. However, in an abundance of caution, we are making a few changes to ensure we do so in a very responsible fashion. Those changes and precautions include:

Showroom is now "By Appointment Only." Please call 251-471-2277 to schedule an appointment.

  • We will limit the number of people allowed inside showrooms based on facility size.
  • Please call ahead. We will conduct as much business as possible over the phone and remotely. We are very well equipped with the technology that makes this very simple and convenient for all involved.
  • Feel free to drive through our car lots and then call us to bring you a key for at test drive.
  • Please be patient with us as we make these changes and limit the number of customers inside our facility.

ALL Service Departments (for major repairs) are now "By Appointment Only."

We are telling our employees "Social Distancing is NOT optional." We have asked them to adhere to the 6 foot rule and to NOT shake hands with other employees or customers.

We are asking any Employee or Customer showing ANY signs of being sick to please stay home and NOT physically visit our dealership facility.

We are deploying additional cleaning and sanitation processes at the dealership.

When you do visit our facilities, please know that we have taken additional steps to disinfect our work areas, high traffic customer areas and other high-touch surfaces, however, we still recommend that all customers take extra sanitary precautions as well.
